Summary/Abstract: Problems of business model is connected with methods of management of enterprise in turbulent environment. The quality management of logistic processes is the main element of competitiveness of enterprises and should beaning of described standards in management, especially in micro enterprises, who have not financial resources to development and growth. The goal of article is presentation of different business models and possibility to use them in creation of business model in microenterprise.
