Research of Factors Stimulating the Knowledge Transfer Process From Science Sphere Units Into the SMEs

Summary/Abstract: In article presented problems of knowledge transfer from science sphere into the SMEs. On base of Horizon 2020 the main goal is improvement the channels of transferring knowledge and define the expectation of participants the knowledge transfer process. The researcheson knowledge absorption in SMEs are sporadically and it is difficult to describe theprocess of knowledge diffusion in SMEs. The aim of article is presentation of own researcheson problems of transfer of knowledge, and examples of enterprises from Lodz voivodeship.
