Summary/Abstract: The aim of the article is to present the quality of cooperation as an attribute that can be measured and that can be helpful in the evaluation of this cooperation. The author presents a methodology for measuring the quality of cooperation and the meter Quality Index Cooperation in practice, analyzing the case study. On this basis, leads a reflection on the possibilities of using this indicator pointing his two new features: the internal and external.
