Institutional Preparation of Municipal Offices from Podkarpackie Voivodeship to Realize the Strategy in the Years 2014–2020

Summary/Abstract: The aim of the article is to present the level of institutional development of municipal offices from Podkarpackie voivodeship in the context of realization future strategic task in the perspective of the years 2014–2020. Based on the results of empirical research conducted in 30 communities from Podparpackie region in 2012–2013, authors diagnosed 9 areas of management. Moreover, they interpreted the influence of development level of particular areas to the strategy realization in municipal office. Methodology of Institutional Analysis was used which was prepared as a part of Institutional Development Program in 2001–2004. The outcome from the performed analysis is that urban communities have better preparation to realize the strategy, however they need to make the procedures of providing services more efficient.
