Cooperation with Local Government as a Determinant of Implementation Territorial Strategies in 2014‒2020

Summary/Abstract: Article is part of the current discussions on the improvement of collaboration between municipalities, which should be prepared for its implementation in the framework of the Integrated Territorial Investments. It is necessary to raise funds from the EU in the years 2014-2020 and implementation of territorial strategies. The author presents a diagnosis of the institutional capacity of municipalities in this area by presenting the results of tests carried out on Podkarpackie in 2012-2013. Using force field analysis pointed to the importance of formal clearly defined principles of cooperation, their monitoring and evaluation in the direction of improving the process.
