Summary/Abstract: The aim of the article is to analyze the phenomenon of multiculturalism as the cause of conflicts in contemporary organizations. Based on various sources, the authors point out that multiculturalism can lead to difficult, conflicting situations in employee teams. The first part of the article explains the concept of multiculturalism and the importance of this phenomenon in modern management. Next, the difficulties resulting from working with multicultural teams are described and the cultural diversity of employees is presented as a challenge in the work of managers. The last part shows the causes of conflicts in multicultural teams.
