Summary/Abstract: Frequent and unpredictable changes in the environment, as well as very strong competition, force enterprises to apply appropriate management concepts. One of the most commonly used concept of management among managers is Total Quality Management (TQM). However, just like other concepts, TQM can be assessed due to various criteria,which can show its positive or negative sides. The article focuses on the influence of TQM on employee confidence.
