Summary/Abstract: The generally accepted view is that companies want to maximize profits in order to provide their shareholders with the highest income. Meanwhile, today’s enterprises apart from executing their interests, at the same time try to satisfy public expectations. Corporate Social Responsibility is a catchword, which is very popular among entrepreneurs. The article presents the issues of customer social responsibility, through the analysis of literature and results of studies among entrepreneurs.
