Summary/Abstract: Changes of attitudes and values of subsequent generations are not anexceptional phenomenon in sociology and have been observed in history each time a traumatic event particularly affects a given social group. “Employee labor market” or“in sufficient labor supply” are the most important circumstances making the generation of people entering the labor market in a specific situation much more advantageous than previous generations.The first part of the article is the diagnosis of the condition of the social position taking into account the general demographic situation, the situation on the labor market and educational opportunities of people from the millennial generation. The second part second part of the work refers to generational differences in relation to the needs and aspirations, as well as the habits and decisions made by people belonging to the millennial generation. Moreover. The third part of the paper contains recommendations on the methods and methods of motivating employees in relation to life attitudes they present.
