Modeling Recruitment Processes in an Organization during the COVID-19 Pandemic

Summary/Abstract: The purpose of this study is to characterize the changes that have occurred in the area of management of recruitment processes in organizations during the COVID-19 pandemic. In order to provide knowledge about the recruitment processes carried out during the COVID-19 pandemic, the main research question should be: how were the recruitment processes carried out during the COVID-19 pandemic? In order to answer the research question, the author analyzes the research results and presents a synthesis of trends in the area of modeling recruitment processes.
