Summary/Abstract: Although the problem of burnout, researchers have addressed for 40 years, this topic is always up to date and constantly demanding research. They provide valuable information useful in practice to counteract this phenomenon and its elimination. Therefore, the main objective of this paper is, not only to examine the level of burnout among nurses, but also to highlight how the problem of burnout among nurses is pronounced, and what has specifics, and above all, an indication of the ways to assist in the prevention of burn-in phenomenon and allowing them to help reduce the symptoms when comes to the appearance of the syndrome.
