Summary/Abstract: The aim of this paper is the diagnosis of value systems and mental models of Generation Z preferred in the workplace. The article presents the results of empirical research conducted on students of the Wrocław University of Economics. The quantitative research using the MindSonar psychometric test has been applied. The research results are in large part consistent with the results presented in the literature on the subject. The research results indicate that the studied group is characterized by: flexibility in the way of acting and functioning, motivation related to development and learning, self-fulfilment and fulfilment, focus on the effects of activities, integration of many approaches and solutions, preference for cooperation, knowledge sharing and participation in decision-making, need for open communication, access to information and employment stability.
