Summary/Abstract: The article shows the empirical research which was carried out in Polish enterprises. The aim of the research was the identification of solution used by Polish enterprises in leaders development and the assessment of these practices. The article presents reasons, methods, conditions, and barriers of leaders development and self-assessment in this area.
