Summary/Abstract: The purpose of the article is to identify the components of the university's relational capital and factors creating this capital. The results of research carried out among students are presented. Research shows that relational capital is primarily based on relationships with customers. In student's opinion a university should mainly pay attention to building relationships with students, employees and entrepreneurs.
