Summary/Abstract: The role of e-commerce services of courier companies is growing at the distribution market. The InPost SA company offers courier services with the use of Parcel Lockers. The subject of the research was the established satisfaction identified through examining the opinion on services provided by InPost SA using Parcel Lockers. The subject of questionnaire surveys conducted in March 2018 were unselected respondents. The research area included the Internet space – surveys were placed in several groups on the social network site Facebook and Internet forums. Additionally, a link to the survey created was sent via email to people of different age. The aim of the research was to indicate the direction of distribution services development in e-commerce using Parcel Lockers through identifying customers’ needs.
