Summary/Abstract: The author tries to find out the resources of financing innovations in Polish family businesses referring to the results of empirical research. She formulates the hypothesis that along with the development of market economy in Poland, particularly after its joining the European Union, the structure innovation financing sources positively evolves. The significance of capital financing (public and private) and European funds enhances and debt financing decreases.
