Broad rewarding by the EC and OCCP of undertakings’ cooperation within the proceedings concerning competition law infringements

Summary/Abstract: The Article presents recent decisional practice of EC showing the tendency to broad rewarding of undertakings’ cooperation with the authorities outside existing procedures of leniency, settlements and commitment decisions. It also presents OCCP’s approach in this respect. Furthermore it assess, whether the broad use of negotiated approach to the enforcement of competition law does not raise risks for the effectiveness of its enforcement
