Summary/Abstract: Near its inception, the philosophy, the natural law that called on God and the king as its representative on Earth, right past his philosophy definitely become a positive science with cybernetics , information theory , systems theory and applications and WCF of mathematics in the social sciences. This article presents the significant moments in the evolution of legal cybernetics and measure changes that it produces in law. We can say that the right is a change paradigm changing its center of gravity from the basics of law.
