Problems of Diversity Management in Realization of Logistics Processess

Summary/Abstract: The ability of diversity management is one from main problems in logistics processes. Duty of cooperation of managers from different countries needs interdisciplinary knowledge and abilities. The aim of article is presenting some aspects of diversity management on base international enterprises in confectionery branch. Presented the results of own researches in years 2000-2010, especially influence of diversity management in logistics processes. Changing conditions in environment is one from factors deciding of market success.
