Summary/Abstract: The paper approaches an important concept for everything that the substantiation of lawencompasses. The law represents more than a body of norms; beyond technicalities, there is theindividual and the values governing their existence. Enforcing the law falls under the responsibility ofvarious authorities; however, achieving justice is beyond systemic, grammatical, historical or logicalinterpretation. It is the feeling of observing the law in full force, of doing what is right, correct. Theindividual come into contact with everything institutionalization entails. After this interaction, do theystill think they were fairly represented? That is the question we intend to find an answer to.
