Summary/Abstract: It is known that Bulgarian immigrants, who had migrated to Turkey and continue to live in different regions of it, put in effort to maintain their culture and try to keep their tangible and intangible cultural values alive with associations, unions and events such as festivals. These clothes, which have many characteristics in common, but also vary with their differences, are also concrete examples of cultural richness, and they must be examined, documented and brought to the future by experts in order to take their place among cultural heritages. Starting from this point of view, in this study, it was aimed to document the original characteristics of these clothes by examining the folk costumes of Bulgarian women immigrants in the Balkan Culture House in Izmit.
