Summary/Abstract: The paper addresses an important topic nowadays. It is about the best possible organization of a state in citizens' interest. Athenian democracy was the beginning of the road humanity has traveled so far. This road is far from over. There is no perfect system of running a state, but it can be improved and adapted to the needs of citizens.
