Also, the chosen object of the research was the correspondence of the chief editor with the head of Kaunas city and county, letters from the Ministry of Education to the President of Vytautas Magnus University, provisions of the Press Law of the Republic of Lithuania. The article reveals the history of the journal. It reminds us of the lives and fate of its authors. In addition, the article laconically discusses the topics covered in the journal.
