Summary/Abstract: The report is aimed at presenting the challenges to the enforcement of the Convention Relating to the Status of Refugees adopted in Geneva on 28 July 1951, the Protocol Relating to the Status of Refugees of 1967, the EU law (especially the so called Dublin legislation) and the Law on Asylum and Refugees (LAR) in respect of persons which are received protection according to the LAR or entered Bulgaria seeking protection.
