Summary/Abstract: The present paper follows, based on four original documents, the transfer of property rights over a land estate, Eriu-Sâncrai, within the same noble family in the 1350s. These economic attributes are relevant to the mechanism that provides to any extended family (descendants of a common ancestor) the perpetuation of ownership over a hereditary possession. At the same time, the four documents publishid in the Annex allow a diplomatic analysis, contributing to the reassessment of the role that the Premonstratensian convent in Dealul Orăzii had as a place of authentication.
