Summary/Abstract: Kyrgyzstan is the economy that foreign direct investors are interested in. Today, especially efforts for re-operating the Silk Road will positively affect the regional economies. The main aim of this work is to put forward what should do to prevent a conflict both in the eastern and western countries while attracting foreign direct investments. In this context, being friends with old enemies is a remedy for not being enemies with new friends. The goal is to benefit directly from the foreign capital in the economic development of the country. In doing so, it is also possible to contribute to the world economic peace by not becoming a conflict area of the countries to be cooperated. Under the guidance of Turkey, when China, Russia, the USA, and EU countries act together with the win-win philosophy, they are going to get the highest benefit from the geography.
