KYRGYZSTAN'S RECOMMENDATIONS FOR ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AFTER INDEPENDENCE

Summary/Abstract: Kyrgyzstan is in the Central Asian Turkish Republics. After gaining independence, it shows efforts to shift to the market economy. The main aim of the paper is to present a solution to the general economic problems of Kyrgyzstan in the transition to the market economy. The country is located in the middle of both the west and the east block. For this reason, it shows the efforts to open the economy to the market conditions without losing its own self in a sensitive region. The aim is economic development of the country. While realizing this, the country has adopted a way of protecting its indigenous and national elements without losing its selfhood. While using the sensitive advantages of geography; Russia, Turkey, China and the United States.
