Summary/Abstract: The Turkish Republics, which gained their independence after the disintegration of the Soviet Union, have become an important market for both Turkey and the rest of the world. These countries are looking for ways to adapt to the capitalist system while tearing off their bonds with seventy years on going socialist system. Within this framework, it is focused on what can be done in this adaptation process and ultimately how the transition to the market economy can be realized with minimum loss. The Soviet Union is drawn to its original limits. However, it has not lost anything from his strength. For this reason, Turkey should take the support of Russia in its next steps.
