Quantitative approach to the organization strategy mapping into the performance measurement system - case of strategy for Wroclaw city

Summary/Abstract: The problem consists in construction of performance measurement system by means of translation the strategy objectives into performance measures (metrics) conforming some requirements. The selection and structuring the metrics can be supported by quantitative methods, particularly by MCDM methodology. The use of AHP method has been presented in the paper to determine – in the case of municipal strategy for Wroclaw – both the hierarchy of performance measures, and to quantify the relative importance each of them.
