Adaptation of FMEA method in designig a system to measure achievements to ensure the effectiveness of optimising actions

Summary/Abstract: Contemporary systems of achievements measurement take into consideration positive cause and effect links among aims of an organization, enabling the forecasting of future financial results and supporting the realization of the strategy in the long term. However, cause and effect links among divergent, conflict aims are not emphasized enough. The article presents the proposal of adaptation of Failure Mode and Effect Analysis at the stage of creating achievements measurement system to buid it in this security system (i.e. Pareto optimum), which aim is to enable the suboptimalization being the result of inappropriately taken perfecting (optimising) actions.
