Delivery Channels of Economic Insurance

Summary/Abstract: Economists and lawyers are dealing with analysis of delivery channels, however all the time a penetrating analysis is missing. Researchers are creating their definitions of the delivery channel, they are leading different divisions intermediaries. There are a few legal documents concerning distribution of insurance in the Polish law but they contain a lot of errors, they are often contrary to oneself. To analyse delivery channels of insurance belongs in accordance with the act of 22 May 2003 on insurance mediation.
