Measurement of Logistics Performance Elements in Travel Agencies with Integrated Dematel and GIA Methods and Selection of The Most Ideal Travel Agency: Case of Giresun Province

Summary/Abstract: Evaluation of logistics performance factors in travel agencies and making necessary corrections and improvements are considered to be an important issue. In this study, travel agencies logistics performance factors were evaluated in Giresun province and the most ideal travel agency was selected. For this purpose, the weights of the criteria which are the determinants of the logistic performance were determined by DEMATEL method. Then, the most appropriate travel agency was selected by the GRA method and sorted. As a result of the evaluation, it was found that “Travel Service Quality edil was the most important logistics factor and itesi Firm D lojistik was the most ideal travel agency obtained by GIA (Gray Relational Analysis) method.
