Summary/Abstract: This article aims to provide indepth theoretical research on the issue of the relationship between the macro-financial framework and the development of bank branch network. The study argues the positive effect of the technology on the banking business by reaching new territories and access to bank services. This growth support is further enhanced by capital accumulation, which grows with the growth of profit margins in high-tech business projects. The capital formation, in turn, is seen as a major factor in economic growth, which finds its place in banking operations both in the country and abroad with the help of the banking expansion mechanism which consists of acquiring bank assets in another country, thus ensuring the generation of new profits and growth. Thus, the macro-financial framework is crucial for the banking business and the scale of branch network development, both in the country of initial regulatory licensing and abroad.
