Summary/Abstract: Organizations need to understand the behavior and characteristics of this generation correctly in order to avoid difficulties in employing the Z generation. Hence, this study aims to provide a framework for the ideal workplace and career prospects of the Z generation. The other aim of this study is to have information about the expectations of the Z generation students studying in the university. In this study, the questionnaire form was applied online for the Z generation university students. 287 students from 50 different universities, participated in the study. Firstly, the mean of the answers given the questions about the expectations of the students from the business life and about the characteristics features in the business life were examined. Then, it was analyzed whether there was a significant difference between the answers given to these questions.
