It provides an analysis of not only the most specific aspects of Jewish civilizational genesis and development, but also its relationships with earlier neighbouring civilizations and nations. The article discusses the most peculiar features of Judaism and compares it with other Abrahamic faiths, Christianity and Islam, as well as Persian Judaism. The author is also interested in the impact of Judaism to various aspects of Jewish mentality and creativity. Particular attention is given to the centuries-long Judaist system of education and personal creativity support that has provided effective and reliable means for preservation of Jewish cultural and religious traditions as well as preparation of educated people and creative intellectuals.
