A New Misdemeanor of the Standing of an Official in the Exercise of His or Her Powers

Summary/Abstract: The article is devoted to the issue of the reform of administrative punishment. Specifically, I deal with the anticipated significance of newly formulated facts of the offense, which basically consists in belittling the status of a public official in the exercise of its powers in relation to members of the police. The first part is devoted to the history of similar legal institution in our country from 1990 to the present. In the second part, then I think of the content of the relevant legal standards in relation to its application.
