Summary/Abstract: In my article I intend to the criminal liability of officials mainly focused on members of councils of towns and villages. The local elected Representatives of Municipalitites are more often the persons who are suspecting of a criminal investigation or prosecution for certain types of crime. The police services are prosecuting this persons and their number continues to grow. I will focus on answering a question, if indeed, there is a more frequent occurrence of crime by our elected representatives, or whether this trend can have even other causes.
