Summary/Abstract: Changes in the market place new requirements for creating and delivering satisfaction to customers. Customers' expectations about the quality of the delivery of ordered products are also changing. That is why the purpose of this article is to analyze customer service logistical processes at Würth Polska.vTherefore, modern definitions of logistics and logistic processes have been quoted. A description of own research conducted by the author of the study, which concerned the functioning of the surveyed entity and the opinions of its clients on the services provided, was also presented. The analysis of the internal materials of the examined entity and the results of the conducted research showed the necessity to introduce improvements in the process of delivery of the ordered goods. Despite the company's extensive experience and brand recognition on the market. Therefore, a question may be asked whether similar problems also occur in other companies of this type operating on the Polish market.
