Summary/Abstract: The various forms and levels of counseling are a considerable part of a psychologist’s professional work. The paper presents a model for forming counseling skills based on the theory of the Transactional analysis. The model gives university students the opportunity to develop some basic skills for self-reflection and reflection needed in the process of psychological counseling.
