Summary/Abstract: “…I still choke with the same breathlessness, I still tend to panic the same way concerning the things of life and of literature…” Lajos Parti Nagy made a seven-day series of biographical conversations with Ottó Tolnai for the Hungarian Radio. Ottó Tolnai, living in Serbia-Montenegro, is one of the most remarkable personalities of contemporary Hungarian poetry with a characteristic voice. His impetuous poetry arranges the most varied elements of the world into a special mythology.
