Environment of an organization as a source of barriers in the improvement of motivation systems

Summary/Abstract: The aim of the article is to determine if the present-day tendencies, e.g. the increasing of importance of organizational culture, the increasing of flexibility of employment as well as integration and globalization are the barriers of improvment of motivation systems. The article includes theoretical analysis of the term “motivation system”, identification of the areas where the barriers appear as well as the presentation of the questionnaire research to verify presumption statements.
