System of the Training and the In-Service Training of Police Officers for the Internal Security

Summary/Abstract: The first part of the article describes the prerequisites for the system of training anf future training. Subsequently, the basic vocational training was discussed — the only compulsory training for each policeman and vocational training for university graduates — future officers of the Police. The study confirmed the dependence of each element of the training and professional development of policemen on the quality of participation in internal security.
