Summary/Abstract: One of important factors determining the companies` success on the market is the skillful use of employee talents. In large companies wishing to skillfully use employee talents, a talent department is created. The aim of the article was to identify the challenges chief talent offices of large enterprises face and may face in the future and to attempt to propose actions to meet these challenges. Proposing actions for the chief talent officer indicated which instruments may be useful.
