Personnel diversity management dilemmas

Summary/Abstract: The changes in the economy cause the growing interest in the issues of personnel diversity management. The purpose of the article is to present what dilemmas managers can face during personnel diversity management in the organization. In the first part the author presents different categories of personnel diversity in the organization and how to interpret diversity management and what its purposes are. In the next part the author presents diversity management dilemmas: specifies the measures on which managers can concentrate, which operations should be realized in costs dimension, what the ways of formation of organization culture which supports talents of development of personnel diversity are and what instruments ought to be used.
