Summary/Abstract: The article discusses the circumstances of the first European publication of the Ancient Bulgarian song about Orpheus from the collection of S. Verkovich (Moscow: V. A. Dashkov, 1867. Translation into Russian language by R. Jinzifov ) from the point of view of the problem of literary reciprocity in Slavic literature. The generic features of the work are analyzed, which offers support for the idea of a common cultural mythological heritage of the Slavic peoples, in particular Bulgarian and Russian.
