Summary/Abstract: The aim of the article is to analyze the Japanese, Russian and Canadian Project First Squad, which touches upon the question of the Great Patriotic War. The project consists of a video clip, a full-length anime movie, a manga and a novel. First Squad is a multi-code project, which, despite its flaws and imperfections, is a bold, original and important undertaking.
