Summary/Abstract: The article is gloss to ruling of regional court in Poznań of 31 january 2017 (X Ga 765/16), in which the Court, approved removing a company from the court register, even though the Company was party to the on going civil proceedings. Author analyses the law to find out conditions which are required to dissolve the Company. According to his findings the deregistration of the company which is party to court proceedings is contra legem.
