Summary/Abstract: Author is addressing problem of resolutions of shareholder meetings of limited liability company adopted outside of Poland. Article cover topic of possibility of convening shareholders meeting outside of Polish borders. Author presents problematic connected with validity of resolutions as well as the definition of polish territory as regards the related regulations. Additional comments were devoted for ad hoc general meeting and single-persons companies.
