Summary/Abstract: The article attempts to signal problems concerning the organizational effects of rationalization of housing economy on the example of thermo-modernization process. In order to identify the correlation, surveys were used to evaluate the effects of thermomodernization as a determinant of rationalization of housing. The intention of the article is to signal the existing formal constraints and desirable forward-looking trends in the rationalization of housing economy on the example of thermo-modernization processes, which in the future may lead to improvement of the situation in this market. Both for demand side and supply side.
