Summary/Abstract: Employee motivation is one of the most important function of any business. Appropriate selection of motivation tools guarantees the involvement of employees in the tasks performed. Is it different in family businesses, where one family is an owner of all or most part of it? The aim of the article is to interest in the problem of motivation of employees in family businesses, which is rarely analyzed in the literature.
